Theory of Change
Our theory of change helps us to visualise the impact we’re making.
It sets out how and why Tech4Good South West drives positive change through technology. It maps the pathway from our day-to-day activities - like our events, peer networks and digital skills programmes - to the wider outcomes we aim to achieve, such as greater digital inclusion and stronger, more resilient communities.
Developed in collaboration with our members and partners, our theory of change is grounded in real feedback, survey insights and lived experiences across the South West. It helps us stay focused, evaluate our progress, and ensure our work is rooted in purpose and impact.
