Tech4Good Champions

Tech4Good South West Champions recognises people, teams, project and organisations from across the South West for their tech for good achievements.

Nominate your Tech4Good Champion!

A Tech4Good “Champion” acknowledges the positive impact of individuals, teams and organisations for their achievements or contributions to technology reflecting our Guiding Principles.

Nominees will be acknowledged quarterly through our network and marketing channels and will receive special recognition at our annual gathering in March 2025.

Nominations should focus on tangible social impact (not necessarily monetary success).

To nominate someone you think deserves to be recognised for using technology for good just fill in this nomination form:

Process

Champion nominations will roll throughout the year, with these stories from the community coming together as part of a Champion Showcase. Champions will be announced and celebrated at our events, and particularly through our annual report and gatherings.

To nominate someone as a Tech4Good South West Champion, is to show genuine appreciation or gratitude to another.

How we will take nominations

A nomination can be made for any individual or organisation who has done something exceptional reflecting at least one of the 7 Guiding Principles.

These are

  • Inclusivity and Accessibility for All

  • Ethical Use of Data

  • Protecting the Planet

  • Empowering Innovation

  • Regional Collaboration

  • Capacity Building

  • Continuous Improvement.

We are encouraging individuals throughout the region to acknowledge instances of technology being used for positive impact and to nominate those who have demonstrated dedication and contributions to the broader Tech for Good movement.

Anyone can submit a request to nominate at any time, completing the nomination form.

How will the nominations be reviewed?

Judges will evaluate nominees based on their impact and progress in line with the Tech4Good South West Guiding Principles. Our reviewers will include members, ambassadors, and the Tech4Good South West team.
