Network Coordinator, Tech for Good South West
Tech4Good South West is recruiting a Network Coordinator to facilitate the daily running and development of the network. You will be working alongside the director(s) and advisory team, responding to needs of the community and our members, keeping on top of the daily communications and admin of the network.
Employer: Tech4Good South West
Hours per week: approx 1 day per week
Salary: £90-130 per day depending on experience, fixed term contract for 6 months
Place of work: Remote, but based in the West of England area and able to attend events and occasional in-person meetings.

Our mission as Tech4Good South West, is to establish ourselves as a pioneering social enterprise in the region, committed to driving a tech sector that is more impactful in addressing societal and environmental issues, actively contributing to the welfare of our communities.

A thriving and sustainable Tech4Good South West community will drive more awareness of tech for good, bringing people and organisations together to consider solutions to societal problems and enable our communities to thrive.
A crowdfunder campaign is bringing together initial funding and sponsors to support our transition from a voluntary network to a recognised legal structure e.g Community Interest Company (CIC). With these funds, we'll be able to expand our reach, support more projects, and make an even bigger impact.
As a legal entity we will be able to enter into contracts, form partnerships, hire support and access a mix of funding, including grants, donations and trading income through a membership model, with benefits including:

Network Coordinator
A network coordinator for Tech4Good South West CIC will play a pivotal role in coordinating operations of the network, managing and making the network function and supporting the director(s) to build community to aid in its mission to drive a tech sector actively contributing to the welfare of our communities.
The network coordinator will be supported by directors and a wider advisory group.
Your Key Responsibilities will look like:
Community facilitation:
Serve as a primary contact for network members, partners and stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration within the community.
Support to manage the T4GSW email inbox and answering inbound enquiries
Coordinate membership applications and updates to our members
Support to maintain our membership features
Event planning:
Support with coordinating and hosting networking events both online and in-person bringing together the tech for good community
Support to coordinate an annual T4GSW event and awards
Project coordination:
Project management support for projects T4GSW gets involved with that are aligned with the networks objectives
Communications:
Support to maintain and share content to our community channels including our Linkedin business page, Linkedin Group, Twitter, website and compiling monthly newsletter
Support to extend our reach and promote Tech for Good SW to aligned networks, events and initiatives across the South West
Evaluation and Feedback:
Support to monitor the network’s activities by measuring performance across our communication channels
Compile reports on progress to our community and advisory team
